Enrique Triana is an associate attorney at the firm, who joined in 2021. His practice focuses on real estate transaction and financing matters, corporate matters, and estate planning matters. Enrique is actively involved in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, drafting of loan documents, formation of business entities, and formation of trusts. Prior to joining the firm, Enrique gained valuable experience working for a real estate developer, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and a global financial firm.
