Real Estate
Our real estate practice includes representation involving buyers and sellers in residential and commercial closings, lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers, and drafting of lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties. We also serve as counsel to Florida based financial institutions and mortgage companies which act as lenders. Our firm is an approved underwriter for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
Corporate
Our practice includes the formation of domestic entities and coordination in the formation of international business entities in connection with the structuring of new business ventures, corporate sales, and acquisitions. Depending on the transaction, the entity involved may be a corporation, limited liability company, general partnership, limited partnership or trust. Our international practice involves advising foreign clients in structuring their investments in the U.S. We have worked extensively with Latin American and European investors in their real estate and other business ventures in the U.S., including pre-immigration and estate planning.
